What does the 50 GB in SOYKA VPM 5G mean?+
A monthly allowance of actual traffic through 5G servers, shared across your devices. Ordinary servers do not use this allowance. Check your balance in your account. This is a SOYKA VPM access package, not a replacement for your mobile data plan.
Does 5G work without a mobile signal?+
No. A working network is required. Connection depends on your operator, region and current restrictions. The service cannot restore a missing signal or a complete mobile-data shutdown.
Which devices can I use?+
The base subscription includes 5 personal devices. SOYKA VPM is available for Android, Windows and Linux. Use Happ on macOS and iPhone, following the instructions. Choose the appropriate app version for your system.
What happens after payment?+
Open the instructions in your account, install the app for your device and add your connection. Choose a location in SOYKA VPM and connect, or follow the Happ import instructions. Contact support if you need help.
How does the ХАЛЯВА promo code work?+

Will payments renew automatically?+
This depends on your payment method and whether you enable auto-renewal. The amount and schedule are shown before payment. If enabled, renewal is charged at or shortly before the end of the paid period. Disable future charges in your account; paid access continues until the end of the term.
Can I get a refund?+
Activated subscriptions are not refundable under the service terms, except where required by law or separately agreed. Disabling auto-renewal cancels future charges, not the current payment. Contact support@soykacloud.tech about your situation.
